About Me
Hi, I’m Ashleigh
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with themselves and others.
My approach is compassionate, client-centred, and tailored to each individual, I adapt my work to meet your unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I aim to support you in gaining clarity, building resilience, and fostering meaningful change.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminology, alongside a Certificate in Counselling and a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and am currently working towards accreditation.
