Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes plans change. However; to ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a charge of 50% of the session price.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged at the full session price.

For block booking clients, sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are unable to be rescheduled and will result in the loss of that session. (Rescheduled sessions may be moved once).

Any exceptions to this policy are at my discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Walk & Talk Sessions – Cancellation & Weather Policy:

Walk & Talk sessions will go ahead in all weather conditions, including rain, wind, or cold, provided it is safe to do so. Clients are responsible for wearing suitable clothing and footwear.

Sessions may only be cancelled or rescheduled due to unsafe conditions (e.g. severe weather warnings, extreme conditions, or safety risks). In such cases, the decision will be made at my discretion, and an alternative session or reschedule will be offered.

Standard cancellation terms apply.

Counsellor Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, clients will be given as much notice as possible.

The session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time or, if preferred, the session will be refunded to the client.

Please note, I am not responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a cancelled session.
